MPPAW’s mentorship program promises a revolutionary development path for both mentors and mentees, nurturing their skills and fostering professional growth. Inspiring, simple, and enriching, this program takes a step further in shaping the future of Minnesota professionals engaged in Psychology Applied to Work. 2023-2024 Mentoring Co-Chairs: Nathan Price & Allison Meier mppawmentoringprogram@gmail.com Commitment: 12 Month period Minimum of one hour meeting per month One 1.5 hour meeting quarterly for group/peer mentoring | The 2023-2024 MPPAW Mentoring Program started January 2024. Mentee: Students, recent graduates, early career professionals, individuals switching careers/fields. MPPAW membership
Mentors: Professionals in applied psychology or related fields. While not necessary, would prefer that mentors had an MPPAW membership.
Mentoring Co-Chairs (Board) Role: Communication, organization, and pairing of mentees and mentors Provide training and support to mentors and mentees Facilitate quarterly peer support/group sessions |
