Refund Policy

Most full or partial refunds are not guaranteed and will be issued on a case-by-case basis (considering factors like meeting attendance, access issues, how much of your membership is left, etc.)

However, if you are switching membership types, you may be automatically charged the full price of the new membership by our system even if you have already paid for a different one. In the event this happens, please reach out to mppawboardcommunications@gmail.com and we will issue a manual refund for your first membership type!
